The challenge

As founder and CTO of WalkIdentity, a UK compliance-as-infrastructure platform for the pet care sector, I needed identity and verification data protected from day one.

What I delivered

• Architected the platform on Microsoft Azure and Entra ID with role-based access control
• Built audit logging and GDPR data-minimisation workflows into the product
• Governed the company Microsoft 365 tenant with Purview sensitivity labels, DLP and retention
• Registered with the ICO and documented data protection by design

Outcome

An ICO-registered RegTech platform that won the Santander X / Coventry University Dragons’ Den and was featured by BBC News and TechCabal.
