What I delivered

• Assessed readiness with Compliance Manager and agreed privacy safeguards with HR and legal
• Configured Insider Risk Management policies for data theft by departing users and data leaks
• Enabled pseudonymisation and role-based access for analysts and investigators
• Applied behavioural risk scoring principles from my MSc research (IdentiChain)
• Translated findings into prioritised recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Outcome

Risk signals surfaced early, investigated fairly and in line with privacy expectations.
